How does the iClassPro registration system work?
1) Set new password at https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/weteachswimming/login
The email login is the same as current system. Once logged in, parents need to edit child(ren) enter their progression/level so we know where they are at.2)You (Parents) will be choosing your own time slot

Mon - Thurs 3-6pm
Friday 3-5pm

One Child
- If you are the first child to register in the class of 2, you will automatically get the spot
- If you are the second child registering in the class, you will have to request the spot and be approved by the admin to ensure the classes'[ skill ability is a match with your child.Two Children
- Easiest to register in the same class together
- You can register in same class simultaneously
- If you want your children in separate classes, please refer to one child process.Three Children
- First secure your spot with two children in a time slot then please email info@wets.ca to add the third child.3) Different time slots will have different prices. ie: 3:00-3:30pm total $230, 4:00-4:30pm total $300. This will be noted when you register your child in lessons.
4) Payment will be taken automatically from your credit card once the schedule is approved and finalized.
5) If needing to transfer classes due to conflict after registration, you must send in a request which then we will remove you from the class and parents are responsible to go back to register child(ren) again where spots are available.
If paid and have to drop out, there is a fee of $28.
If paid and transfer to new class successfully, funds will be carried over and there may be outstanding payment for the difference of time slot.

I’ve already registered, can I switch my date and time?
Yes, you can!
There is a $28 switch fee. Once the fee is paid, you can select a different class where available.

If I miss a class, can I schedule a make up class for free?
No.
However, if there are extenuating circumstances email info@wets.ca. -
Why are there no times on your website?
Each WETS client selects their preferred lesson time when they register.
This means that the schedule is always adapting to our clients needs.

I’d like to withdraw from the lessons I’ve registered for. Is there is fee?
There will not be any REFUNDS or CREDITS after payment deadline date.
However, if there is a medical problem, consideration will be taken once a medical note is provided.
