Administrative emails include communication related to our swim lessons and programs. Promotional related emails will relate to the promotion of our programs, services and products. You can opt out of our email communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any message you receive from us or by contacting us at the address provided in this Privacy Policy;
Account Registration Information: We may collect Personal Information when you create an account through our Digital Properties for the purposes of registering for lessons or programs, providing services, or purchasing products;
Internet, Electronic Network and Device Information: We collect Personal Information from Users engaging with our Digital Properties for security processes, monitoring traffic patterns, site usage, and related site information. We may automatically collect or compile information when you access our Digital Properties. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, the dates and times of visits to our website, the pages of the website visited, content accessed, and the browsers, operating systems, search engines, and search terms used, which relates to your activity through our Digital Properties. We use this information in order to optimize our Digital Properties and to assess usage of our Digital Properties.
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Nothing included in this Privacy Policy is intended to create a contract or agreement between us and you and you may not interpret or rely on it as such.
